How to find us:
From either north or south I-5, take the second Yreka exit. Traveling west on Miner Street, continue through old town and past the city park. Turn left on Fairchild and right on Collier Circle. The Hospice House and administrative offices are at the end of the cul-de-sac. The thrift shops and Heartisan Boutique are on your left as you come up West Miner Street. The Adult Day Services Center in Yreka is on West Center Street, directly behind the thrift shops.
